The senior school is available to students aged 13 – 18 years who are looking for professional training in the performing arts. Courses are held on Sunday afternoons students train for 3 hours between 2pm – 5pm for 12 weeks a term.

London Theatre School offers a unique course for students with training in all core subjects. Students study ballet and jazz (commercial/street), singing which covers voice technique and performance through song, drama that covers improvisation and text work. This produces all round individual performers, capable of adapting to any style which is needed to succeed in todays demanding and ever changing industry. The senior students benefit from the same teachers and facilities as our full-time students.

Whether a student wants to perform in London’s West End or just for fun the London Theatre School offers the right environment and support to allow students to achieve their full potential.

The school gives pupils the chance to explore their own abilities and to fulfil their full potential. This unique course gives the pupils the chance to experience what it is like to train full-time, as well as boosting confidence and self-awareness.

Fees and Term Dates

Fees are £250.00 per term payable in advance. Monthly payment option available.

Location

London Theatre School’s studios are conveniently situated at the prestigious Danceworks Studios (opposite Selfridges) in the heart of London’s West End. Danceworks opened it’s doors to the dance community in 1982 and since then has been the hub of the dance industry, the studios are a buzz with castings, auditions and professional dancers taking class. It is the perfect environment for the students to train and learn about the industry.

All students have the opportunity to perform regularly in the schools productions London Theatre School Live, as well as joining the full time students in their shows which is a great chance for them to be inspired and gain confidence.

All classes must be attended punctually to ensure the smooth running of the school.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the class is due to start.

Fees are payable termly in advance and are non refundable. There is no reduction for any weeks missed during a term. Fees can not be refunded if a student decides to leave during the course, fees will only be reimbursed if a student has to leave for medical reasons in which case a Doctor’s letter will be required.
All students are required to wear the London Theatre School T-Shirt and tracksuit, ballet shoes and other footwear can be purchased from your preferred dance wear shop.

Students are required to behave responsibly and professionally at the studios and when representing the London Theatre School.

All photographic and video footage taken of the pupils is the property of the London Theatre School and can be used for sale and promotional purposes.

London Theatre School reserves the right to terminate any students position in the school without prior notice if the above terms and conditions are not adhered to.
